Common Issues We Diagnose & Fix
Water Won't Heat
Heater element, flow sensor (FLO error), thermostat, or low water pressure. Most common repair we see.
Jets Weak or Dead
Air lock, clogged filter, pump capacitor failure, or worn jet pump impeller. Often a faster fix than people expect.
Error Codes (FLO, OH, HL, DR)
We read Balboa, Gecko, and other control systems. Most error codes point to one of three root causes — we know which.
Leaks
Fitting unions, pump seals, and jet bodies are the usual suspects. We find it, quote it, and fix it — no mystery charges.
Control Panel / Won't Power On
GFCI breaker, topside control panel, or circuit board. We test before replacing — and replace only what's actually failed.
Ozone, Blower & Accessory Failures
Ozonator replacement, blower motor, and temperature/pressure sensor swaps. Usually quick, flat-rate jobs.

Absolutely. We offer tune-ups, drain & refills, system flushes, and diagnostic calls as standalone services. Many clients start with a one-time tune-up and then choose a maintenance plan.
There are three paths. On month-to-month, included drains unlock after your first 6 consecutive months of service and reset each anniversary. Prefer them from day 1? Sign a 6-month term and drains are included immediately. Or go with a 12-month term: drains from day 1 plus 5% off your monthly rate. If you cancel a term early, any drains already performed are billed at the standard $236 (12-month term also claws back the discount).
Month-to-month is the default — pause or cancel anytime. Term options (6 or 12 months) are optional and exist only if you want included drains from day 1 or the 12-month 5% discount. No one is required to sign a term.
